I started dancing at the age of 3 and fell in love with movement. I spent my childhood in the dance studio and on the stage, completing ballet exams and performing at local Festivals. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from York University and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta.
The bulk of my practice is focused on Pelvic Health and I am trained to treat incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and pelvic pain conditions. I also love working with dancers and artistic athletes of all ages, including gymnasts and circus artists.
Outside of the clinic, I can usually be found exploring the universe with my telescope, cooking new foods, or enjoying the beauty of Vancouver Island with my daughter and husband.
